Tank Cleaning

Since 1994, Accurate Marine Environmental has performed bilge and tank cleaning, gas freeing, fuel and contaminated water removal, and chemical cleaning primarily as a major subcontractor to holders of Master Ship Repair Agreements (MSRA) and Agreement of Boat Repair (ABR) in the Mid-Atlantic Region. The vast majority of our experience, and by far the largest most complex work we have performed, has been on board U.S. Navy Vessels. However, we have supported contracts for the Department of Defense, the U.S. Coast Guard, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD), Military Sea Lift Command, oil storage facilities, oil refineries, and a variety of commercial entities.

Accurate Marine Environmental has a rigid training and certification program to ensure that our personnel are the most knowledgeable in the industry. This allows them to efficently and effectively complete the work requirements of the job while keeping the environment and personnel safe. Our Quality Assurance Program is audited annually by the Virginia Ship Repair Association (VSRA) and the Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC). Our Program continues to be successfully qualified each year.
